Go to the National Archives document worksheet collection and print off the appropriate worksheet for the source(s) you are using.
To receive credit you must print out and staple a hard copy of the source you are reviewing to your worksheet. (Your source should have evidence of your reviewing; i.e. highlighter, notes, etc.)
